Here's one place I have hope for, because it's too huge to either find a new owner or to be torn down on public tab. For now it was locked up tight and some basic security was in place to keep vandals out, but maybe a few more years of recession will crack it open for exploration. Either that, or I manage to get a permission from the owner to check it out. This used to be a viscose fiber plant, until the production was shipped to Indonesia.
