So ignoring the background for a second this is a pretty nice portrait, good lighting and colour especially since it seems to have been taken at night. The blown-out stuff in the background is interesting, looks like a flare or firework or something. I quite like the effect it has on the image. There are a couple distracting elements I would prefer to try to frame out of the background - a seated person on the top left, and the blob of blue on the top right. You could probably reduce the effect of both in post by playing with the saturation and luminance of blues.
Least like: The shot of the lightbulbs on wires
There just isn't anything to enjoy about the photo. The sky is a nice hue. It'd be better to wait till darker twilight when the lights come on (if they do) and you'd probably still get a nice albeit darker sky.
General notes: Looks like you're quite new to this but you seem to have a good set of aesthetics in mind so focus on making those a reality and don't get bogged down by whatever genre you think you're shooting at any one time.

This shot just jumped out at me when I opened your page. I think you got a good dramatic angle.
Least like: Pretty much anything that is just a shot of a museum sign
General notes: Feel a bit out of place commenting on this account because it feels like your last 9 shots are just a scrapbook of things you saw in a museum. I don't set much store by like counts generally speaking, but there's a reason the two things with an interesting subject and interesting framing got more likes than the other 7 shots. I think you have certain interests and an eye for interesting things (and nice dogs) but my #1 recommendation would be to read or watch a couple things about composition and practice a bit with those in mind.
