Load of bs. Anyone here with a camera knows how shutter speed, ISO and aperture affect images. This also does nothing to learn how a photo made and why or you may or may not like it.

I don’t post my photos for people to Gearfag over, you can do that on dpreview’s studio compare tool. This is a photo board, and I prefer to have any engagement with the actual photos I post rather than over the gear used to make the photos. This is exactly what I quit film as people were more interested in the fact it was taken on film than the photo itself.
Additionally I post my photos in other threads now and then. There’s more positive engagement and constructive criticism without exif, with exif there’s more jackasses,
