You're doing something very wrong to get that much contrast from fomapan 100. Those blown highlights and crushed blacks looks like the result of bad scanning.

Pic related is fomapan 100 pushed to 1600 and I have more Shadow detail than you.

Depending on the scene, some frames were quite thin. Ideal for high contrast scenes but not for full winter days. Another frame from the same roll.

Used some TMax 400 canisters reload some Fomapan 100 into. Didn't label a few and shot a roll at 1600 thinking it was TMax. Decided to do a 2 hour stand dev in HC110 lol. Kinda like the look shooting a roll at 800 noe and plan to dev the same way to see if I like it more.
