That's the most overblown mode called pale & light. I've conferred with Fuji jpegs and sims and used to shoot fujicolor and any Fuji preset will get you in the ballpark. Sometimes it's overcooked Velvia sim but overexposed matrixcolor or 400h is the quintessence of making anyone who isn't extremely white look good. In absentia of the ghost I usually shoot, if you have any kind of tan or that swarthy irish fisherman look, the usual jap color profiles are natural for nature and the eye sees a dynamic range larger than the camera can capture and even the very dark are seen natively (both by their own and through your own eyes) with that +1 or 2 compared to the surroundings.
Making the technicolor dreamcoat group photo expose properly is what is hell.
