I've reached a point in my life where things aren't going to well personally, and as a result my mood, general wellbeing, and hobbies have started to suffer. I made decent monies at work and so at times like this I find that comsumer therapy seems to help a bit; buying some new clothes or gear rekindles my enthusiasm for life a bit.
Anyway, I've had a K-50 for about 5 years which still works perfectly fine, and love it dearly, but I keep getting tempted to buy a KP for an upgrade hoping it'll jolt me out of the house to take photos again.
Am I just being a materialist gearƒag or is this even remotely justified? Should I just embrace the one I have with me and shutter the K-50 until it dies?
