I pour it in the tank as soon as it reaches that temp.
>did you heat the water used when mixing the chemical powder?Yeah, I don't remember the specific temp but I followed the instructions to use water much hotter than the development temps.

>If you used tap water, are you sure that your local tap water is clean, and not excessively hard?Yeah.
