I do not know anything about photography, but I want to try it out by helping my tech school with "career headshot day," which is offered monthly and currently done on an iPhone. I have a Kodak Pixpro Az252, which I'm going to guess is not something /p/ approves of--but I don't have money in the budget for a better starter camera (I heard good things about the Rebel), and this is mostly to help my schoolmates. My ideal setup would be like I had when I was working at the mall taking pictures during christmas--they had a camera that was wired to a pc, which had some proprietary software that would take the picture and show it to the parents as soon as it was taken. Not looking for magic, just wondering if this is possible or if I'll just have to settle for a shutter switch and the LCD screen on the camera.
