The grain is smaller and tighter for sure and the increased contrast not always bad.
The faster films definitely have better shadow detail and more normal contrast. But also huge grain. Most people prefer the smaller grain of pushed film rather than the extra shadow detail of faster ones. P3200 is *a bit* smaller grained than Delta3200 and a bit less shadow detail.
