>>3615885I usually ignore midday unless it's overcast and just focus on dawn and dusk. The window of opportunity is a lot smaller, but I find the lighting and colors much more enjoyable. Harsh midday sun is just terrible for most things in my opinion. I mostly look for owls and other birds of prey, so don't get much in the way of success. Makes it more rewarding though.
