for 800 I'm debating on whether or not i should keep it anyway. It's gonna be stationary and not even use the batteries and if i want to turn it off i can always unplug the power cable from the wall rather than fuck with it. there was a little bit of dust on the sensor i got off, looks like it could be further cleaned as well. thing had 6.8 firmware on it.
i dunno maan. thinking about even calling black magic themselves and just being like "hey i got this camera from a friend but the power button is borke anything you can do?" and just see what they say. i've heard fantastic stories of their customer service. Thing seems like it'll serve it's purpose but man i knew it had to be too good to be true.
