It depends on what I'm doing that day. At the most, I'm carting around all this. Backpack for B cam, lenses, batteries, accessories, etc... Camera bag for my A cam, cage, and audio gear, and the rolling suitcase for lights, cords, tripods, stands, etc...
For a personal photography day, I trim everything down to fit in the backpack. It fits several lenses, lots of accessories, and everything is relatively easy to access. I'll strap a tripod to the back and I'm ready to go.
If I'm just out and about and think I might want to use my camera, I'll put a 24-70 on it and toss it in a leather shoulder bag.
