Fuji were the ones I was talking about indeed. There's other brands that do retro cameras but they tend to be original designs that don't try too hard to pass for vintage.
Fujis remind me of those tacky "replica" kit cars. The retro models from Panasonic and others are more like a Plymouth Prowler, a nod to the past but its very own thing.
