Later this week I am buying a retired police camera that was used for surveying as well as mugshots and the like.
The camera itself is a Mamiya C220 with a 5-prism viewfinder as well as a focus hood. The lenses on it are in proper order, no molds, no dust, and the shutter is clean and operational.
As it stands I am set to pay around $150 for it.
My questions are as follows: is there anything I should look at further before purchase? Is this a good deal? I am going to use Lomography Earl Grey ISO 100 film in it, are there better 120 films? And, what sort of tripod should I get to support this beast?
