I know dust within the lens is typically not something that affects images, but what about dust specks this large? I found this in my Nikkor 50mm f1.8 and, to my knowledge, there's no way to even blow it off unless you have a professional disassemble the lens, which is apparently not worth it as it costs as much as or more than the lens itself.
