>>3480133The movements are often what makes LF photos distinct in terms of things like composition (though there are tilt/shift lenses for smaller formats), because they allow for certain perspectives without distortion. I think the bokeh comes from the fact that the large negative renders light/details/color differently.
This is all conjecture (I never shot LF) but I think that the size of the negative allows light to spread broadly. What might otherwise render as black>50%>white on a smaller format could render as black>75%>25%>white in a larger one.
Pic is taken on 6x7 MF. What strikes me about this image is just how much life was rendered in the gold frame, the burnt part above the fireplace door, the light in the tiles. 35mm could never have done it like this.
