Has anyone used the Fringer EF-FX adapter for the Fuji X-Tx series bodies? Fuji's zoom lineup is a bit thin compared to the big boys, especially in lightweight stuff I'd hike out for landscape and nature. That heavy ass 100-400mm crap ain't happening. I could just get the xf55-200 f3.5-4.8, and I know it's not terrible.
But man does that Canon EF 70-300mm IS 2 look so much better. And I could get a used 70-300mm and the Fringer brand new for roughly the same cost as the xf55-200. Not to mention I'd have access to some of the nice Canon primes as well. But I'm trying to find people who've actually used pic related themselves and any trouble they've run into with the auto-focus, because I know Fuji is asinine and keeps their AF closed source.
