>>4028974In other news, I found a mystery roll (not pictured) in my darkroom while looking for these. It had the leader sticking out but was in an opened box. Odd but not too worrying, one may have decided against that particular film at the last moment. Could be fresh and funky, could lead to double exposures. Not the point.
See, I really hate Pattersons unless I'm doing 135 and I don't usually do 135 so I don't own one. This is an Aristashit reel I need to bend into place, 120 reels are usually fine and you don't have to navigate the minotaur's maze. Also pictured is something labeled "TEST ROLL" so I'm assuming something bad happened in the distant past and it isn't a fresh roll with the leader sticking out. It's also clipped which is a good sign someone was following procedure. Wouldn't know, flip the tank, take a drink. It is our way.
So I'm going to bend it in such a way that I can do it blind drunk, blind and drunk. I tried before and the result was such that my good friend bought a patterson all according to plan. Wish me fuck.
