The detail at this level of low contrast has already been destroyed by noise. They have both lost tremendous amounts of low contrast detail, comparatively the difference between them is only slight by comparison to how much they have lost.
Even with the advantage there, you would not pick between the cameras based on that kind of edge at 12800.
