>>3095750It depends on the camera. I always do my own conversions with my Nikon DSLRs, their B&W mode is dull and flat and the jpegs are poopy. But with my Fujis I'm usually quite satisfied with the jpegs as long as the color filter setting is appropriate for the scene.
