I want to get a prime lens for an upcoming trip to Rome, mainly for street photography. I currently only have a 28-75 f2.8 Tamron, which is pretty large to just take on the street with you. I like the look of the Tamron 35mm 2.8 and the focal length would be fitting to my pictures, however I also have this exact fical length/aperture combination with my zoom lens already.
Then there would be the Tamron 24mm 2.8, which is a focal length I don't yet have, but its use for street photography is questionable as I'd have to get really close to get some subject isolation. It would be nice to shoot architecture with.
What do?
