>>3297423Before I fell out with photography a few years back I started working a lot more on colour theory, It was something that felt really fundamental that I was still struggling with, Saul Leiter colour work was being memed around at the time too so picked up these two books and a few others I thought would help.
Never spent much time working on my colour stuff though, I was working on becoming a full time event photographer, emigrated from Ireland to England, couldn't make it work there so came to Vancouver, not working here. Realised it's who I'm surrounding myself with and my own expectations that are holding me back, that drove a wedge between me and my photography. I feel way too much pressure and a tinge of disappointment whenever I try pick up a camera now.
