CPL removing polarized light and keep only depolarized.
so amount of light reflected from air is reduced so you get more light reflected from an objects, so you get better color, cause color is combination of values of amount light that sensor's cell received through RGGB filters. so the color comes from LIGHT and therefore the MORE light you have the more COLORS you do have
same for a film. atoms of chemicals get more light and react better
digital sensor's cell is just literally a cell filled with chemicals that reacting to light with electric impulses. copper wire dlivers impulse to CPU and CPU combine signals from all cells to image.
