Last month I got the fuji 35 1.4 really just because it was so cheap, just under $200 with tiffen filters. I think it was the owners clueless dad. Problem is I just can't get along with it.
I never used a 50 mm equivalent anyway, so I'm always standing in the wrong spot, and the damn thing is so ancient I keep missing shots. Pic related could have been really nice but out of five only one is in focus.
I'm also nervous about the external Focus breaking on me, as I change filters altre time.
I really much prefer the 23, though I do see why people like it does have a slightly vintage look to it. Still I'm really disappointed.
