Its on the top of a very steep hill (seriously, going down it was a little difficult). On google maps you can see a structure on top of it - not sure what it is or its original purpose. There's a graffiti artist that frequents that spot and I took a few snapshots of their work. Cool stuff. If you go there, I recommend climbing up it from the west, the trail looked less steep once I had reached the top. Unless you're looking for a workout.
