>>4103697other option is renewed for the same price which states 90 day warranty. my only concern there is renewed sounds like an amazon whorehouse worker might've attempted to fix a lens that was returned as "not functional" which could be worse than a "like new" item that was just briefly inspected after a return and placed back into inventory. although for a normal return, it's also possible someone swapped out a different lens, so just a brief inspection might not be enough. i guess it's time to either gamble or buy both and return one in case both are good.
