I used the same brand as other anon, VSGO, on my D750 and later my A7III. No issues whatsoever afterwards, and both times it completely cleaned the sensor.
I think the computer chip clean room environment hype surrounding sensors is largely overblown. They aren't Built Ford Tough but they're not going to self destruct if you gently wipe them with a cleaning sensor, otherwise camera repair shops wouldn't ever attempt sensor cleanings. Take your time, read the instructions, and lay off the caffeine before you do it so that your hands aren't shaky.
Kind of disappointed in the blower in picrel though
