>>3840898Have you ever actually tried it with a camera that has good dynamic range? There is a reason Sigma have no issue sacrificing on vignette (which again, is nothing to do with the mount diameter)
If the defects of vignette are so apparent you'll easily be able to tell which of these was shot at 0.1s, 0.3s and 1s. All ISO 100 f2.8, vignetting corrected and the exposure pushed/pulled in post until they all looked similar. It should be obvious, right?
