The entire point of the camera is that it's manually controllable, actually compact, and actually high quality from an IQ/lense perspective.

Wanting it to be a zoom, or have some other stupid shape, or have interchangeable lenses, or be full-frame, or faster aperture, are just retarded.
It's already a miracle that they got to APSC given the size of the camera and the ray angles that are acceptable on digital sensors.
It never needs more features, just for the features it has to be better versions of themselves.
Throw the IS in the bin, restore the built in flash, delete the rear screen (for improved flange distance/slimmer build), add a hybrid o/evf, offer a monochrome sensor version, include a filter adapter in the box, make the sensor user serviceable for dust (weather sealing is a meme, dust is a reality, cleaning it is the solution).
Lean into the USP's of the product, don't kowtow to whingers who were never going to buy one anyway.
