My go-to film is kodak gold- I adore the personality it has (some shots have that warm paleness of pic related, others come out with bright, rich colors). 200 iso is annoying to shoot in the evening, though.
I tried Ultramax 800 once and really disliked it, the grain was obnoxious. Much more forgiving to stupidity than Gold, but shots that should have been good were only okay.
Picked up some superia 400 that I'm hoping to have scanned by early next week so I can compare it to this Ultramax 400 I'm getting back Thursday.
