>>4188053I don't know them so not sure whether this is a genuine suggestion or attempt at an indult. I just had a look at it was some Irish magazine that's mainly articles about music.
>>4188115Yea I've worked with people who've worked with Nadia. I like her work too, although I don't get all the selfies she takes. The Women book was particularly great and a few of my friends have their photo in there.
Definitely see the grit and glam coming through in your work, can see how it's much more saleable than mine but still feels very you. Clever to be able to do that.
>>4188117Absolutely agree that art school doesn't matter but then I have background working in illustration which I think is really helpful for doing photography and maybe fills in the theory/composition parts of my visual brain that art school would for others.
On the subject of work though, I currently do OK through selling personal work but would be interested in doing more commission work and I'm pretty used to working to a brief from drawing as a job. What do you think is better: making a 15 shot decent portfolio and pitching direct to clients or seeking representation?
>>4188222Can't believe you're leaving when I'm checking those trips.
Nah, that wasn't me though. I post a photo each time I respond just so it's clear it's me. Cheers for the discourse though anon and cheers for the composition compliment.
