anyway, why are these lenses so fucking expensive? a 50mm 1.8 canon is £100 and a 50mm for this starts at £230

Why do they have both E mount and E mount FE lenses? They've seemingly abandoned the E APS lenses and the FE lenses aren't much bigger or heavier

I've got the kit and a minolta 50 1.7 with adapter, but it's heavy as fuck and actively feels like im doing damage holding the thing without supporting the lens

Is there no alternative to paying at least fucking £200 for a lens for this thing? I want to like it but it feels like im trying to make myself like it for the size and weight. The trade off between systems is so frustrating

I am trying to settle between the sony a6000 and a6300. Currently I don't have a camera, and I find the size and overall reviews of both very appealing.

It seems the a6300 improves mainly with a higher max ISO, 4k video, faster autofocus, and a microphone port.

Are there any significant differences besides this? So far it seems like a no brainer to go for the older model for $500 less - as I don't plan on shooting video - however I wanted to see if anyone who is more familiar with these has any opinion.
