But I doubt anyone would bother actually prosecuting me for criminal trespass given that I just go and take pictures. Most likely case would be, as you say, someone telling me to piss off. That's all that's happened the few times I've been caught by an authority figure. I assume they'd reserve criminal trespass charges for people who do things like breaking into actively-maintained buildings and fucking shit up.
