Jpeg is fine for snapshots, raw is what artists use to create images. There's no such thing as "no editing", jpeg output is editing, but admitting a bit of dumb electronics with zero context can do a better job than you.
Would I buy into Fuji asmy first system? Hell no, they'd be my 2nd to last option just ahead of Olympus. The mount is very limited, and even the $2500 bodies are nigh on identical for image quality, with yours being a touch better as it's not tainted by xtrans.
Enjoy it, sell it as soon as it's limitations become an issue and you know more about photography.
