I'm not sure how good your finger is at measuring 20c, but I'm willing to bet that leaving a bottle of water out at room temperature for a few hours before hand will work a lot better for you.
Your tank will have nothing to do with it, and more agitation will give you more grain. It could just be a mix of the subject and it being a little underexposed? It looks exactly like what I'd expect for RPX in R09.

Colours are way off, probably a lightleak or you're shooting hella expired film.
The first just seems to be out of focus. Third shot has motion blur by the looks of it, google recriprocal shutter speed rule or use a tripod.
If the camera has a light leak, it's fairly easy to replace the seals.
