>>4396013its not necessarily the cheapness of the film, but rather the light intensity relative to other sources in the exposure, as well as the film's backing. that was shot on 800T and I specifically chose that film for that shot because it produces a nice and consistent halation effect with yellow/orange/red lights. however that was a long exposure at f/16 so the effect was lessened by the stopped down aperture, compare with some of these that were handheld thus shot wide open.
