The quickest way to do this is to ask a female friend of yours to go and take photos, then when you send em the pictures, you ask them to put something like "Hey! My friend is looking for people to photograph for a project of his, it's free so hit him up!" in the caption of one of the photos or a story with the picture and that written.
People will 100% hit you up, then you can choose the ones you want to shoot with from your dms and the ones you don't, you can just be like "Hey! I'm a bit overwhelmed at the response, it's a lot more than I expected so currently I already have all the spots lined up for the month. But when I'm a bit more free, I'll hit you up".
Then you work with the ones you want to and don't talk to the ones you curved lol.
You take photos of the new people, they post, tag you, more people see your work, other people message you and from there you start building your network.
Don't worry too much on the quality of the pictures at first, it's a free shoot after all. Most people will be happy with the pictures as they're already a step up.
