Just keep it in a light and airproof container and continue to use the dilute solution, with slightly longer times.
It's designed to work in water, obviously. Also, C41 dev is pretty malleable, to be honest. It's pretty hard to overdevelop to an unusable negative, in fact it's more likely that it will improve your negs if you've been shooting consumer films at box speed. Don't sperg out too much about temps either; it really only becomes mission critical for slides.
