So i was going to buy that Yungnuo 50mm 1.8 chink lens as my first non-kit lens on my shitty canon t5 rebel but i am pretty new and didn't know about cropped sensors. So this 50mm will basically be 80mm so kind of pointless to buy it no? All the 35mm i looked at are just too expensive, i was going to be able to pick this one up for 80 CAD with a hood, lens protector and some other stuff in a kit.
