Sirui (aluminum) or Dic&Mic (aluminum or carbon) or such should be good, though if you get the latter you might want to consider getting a Sirui ball head if you prefer a decent one rather than "just workable".
You also can get an used Manfrotto with head, or just a Manfrotto tripod at this price - might be better if you prefer a heavy tripod rather than a lightweight one.
