Instead of just taking the picture and moving on I'll tell my subject to hold on while I get my tripod out of my bag, unfold it, undo the legs, and mount my camera to it like a complete autist.
What if I want to shoot something that moves and/or is further away than right in front of me?
For what it's worth, I don't even think you need either of these things when shooting crop, you just need to accept that your picture will be a bit more noisy. It's just your argument is so unfathomably shit that I couldn't help but fall for it and reply.
