go to demosaic module
set to default AMaZE
Enable highlight reconstruction
set method to inpaint exposed
Enable white balance
Set to camera neutral / 6502k with 0.970 tint
Enable exposure
disable exposure comp and se to manual -1.2 with black level to 0.000
Enable tone curve
choose log preset, modify to method=monotonic with preserve colors=basic power
Duplicate this tone curve to have it applied at 2x power because the faces are shadowed and you didn't use flash or bounce lighting
Enable RGB curve
choose mid linear contrast preset, modify to method=monotonic with preserve colors=none
