Brush off any dust every now and then, don't put it in a pocket that's full of lint/dust/dirt and it'll all be fine. I've been using my GR2 for more than two years now and there's only a tiny tiny little speck of dust on either the lens or the sensor which I usually stamp out in Photoshop. Takes me two seconds.
But then, I do not baby my camera at all, so yeah.
Using the hood and/or the wide angle adapter help help keep out the dust as well.
