And how is your camera body so fragile that getting lightly bumped by a camera strap when you’re holding it would damage it?
Are you grabbing the camera body outside of the strap and then grinding the strap against the sides with your palms? That’s the only configuration that makes sense to me in the context you’re trying to argue.
