Anyway, if anyone needs an idea. Macro in natural sunlight will work for this. Must have no wind, possibly only viably with tripod, or good stabilization. Shutter speed is too slow for wind. 1/60 may be good enough for handheld on wider focal lengths. Input those values then just find magnification range where it gives up correct exposure. In macro, exposure changes with magnification. But, yeah, it will be tedious and counter-intuitive, for each subject you'd need to tweak focus point based on it's illumination, and your compositions would depend on luck.
