The truth is advertising trumps most everything else. You can have all the latest and greatest equipment out there, and that's great, but it's all for shit if no one knows who you are. Hospitals have decent patient (transportation jobs) that can start paying at $19.00+ an hour, all depends on what kind of money you need.
