Just because a device isn't technically advanced doesn't mean I should use it badly, imo. You could sunny16/guesstimate on a leica or canon SLR not using the viewfinder as well yet noone feels compelled to do that, ever. When I want to focus on the medium of the film rather than the subject I shoot a roll of something old, expired and probably badly kept.
