Fixed up this little bugger recently. Wasn't working at all when I bought it from a 2nd hand shop for $2. Gave it a quick rebuild and cleaned the lens and it worked. Fixed shutter speed of either 1/60th or 1/200th, can't find a manual online. Aperture is selected from Flash symbol (f2.8) to bright sunny symbol (f11 or f16 I assume). Focus is by a very innacurate scale, I just kept it at f16 and infinity focus the entire time.
First roll was T-Max 400 that expired in 2003, I'll post a few examples below. Relatively surprised that I even got negatives, was very happy when I pulled the film out of the tank and saw it wasn't blank.
