I think it would be safe to say that 12-60 f3.5-5.6 would be second worst, and you'd have to do precise comparison between the other two to determine which performs better, and even then they are unique enough in apertures and optics that in some situations one would be of more use. 12-100 has more reach, is constant aperture, but is slower at only f4.
