Make sure you get one with either teflon or bearings/wheels so that lenses that need to be able to turn to focus are able to do so without friction damage.
Protip2: buy one that has ZERO play on the lens support mount. Most cheap ones have a height adjustable column that fits into a sliding rod support with a lot of play. lens support offers zero benefits if the damn thing moves while trying to focus.
